About Jayne Snyder

Jayne Snyder is a lifelong Lincolnite who has dedicated her life to helping people and service to her community.

The owner of a small business, Snyder Physical Therapy, Jayne is committed to improving the lives of her patients by providing the highest standard of care. Nationally recognized for her professional skill and knowledge, Jayne has served the American Physical Therapy Association, both as Vice President and on the Board of Directors.

With a strong belief in public service, Jayne currently volunteers her time on the Board of Directors of the Lincoln Parks and Recreation Foundation, the Great Plains Trail Network, and the Mayor's Pedestrian/Bicycle Advisory Committee (former Chair). Other community involvement includes serving on the Board of the Wedgewood Homeowners Association, the University of Nebraska Athletic Department Relay Club (past President), and the University of Nebraska Track Officials Organization.

Jayne received her undergraduate degree in Physical Education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, her M.A in Physical Therapy at Stanford University and her doctorate of Physical Therapy at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences, Mesa, Arizona.
